The hamlet of Mosedale is one of the most tranquil locations in the Lakes. Set amongst the fells and with abundant wildlife the location will not fail to make your spirits soar. There are an abundence of walks from the door step. Keswick and Penrith (15 minutes drive). Pubs at Hesket Newmarket, Mungrisdale (5 minutes drive). The historic village of Caldbeck (10 minutes drive). The apartments form part of Mosedale House. All units enjoy the use of the outside garden and seating areas that enjoy spectacular fell views.

Granary Cottage is a
two bedroom cottage.

Downstairs - Comfortable lounge with gas fired stove, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining area.

Upstairs - main double bedroom with shower cubicle and washbasin, 2nd bedroom is fitted with bunk beds, separate bathroom.

Above Granary Cottage and accessed by a short flight of stone steps is the Hayloft. This is a superb conversation of the former farm building providing a large open studio style apartment containing double bed, lounge area and small dining kitchen area with separate en-suite shower room with W.C.

The Courtyard bedroom (right) can be booked with either of the above properties to provide extra sleeping accommodation. This is a twin bedded room with en-suite shower, WC and wash basin. The bedroom is accessed from the courtyard and is wheelchair adapted. This room can be booked for an extra £60 per night or £180 per week.
