Hill Top Farm Cottage in St. Johns in the Vale, near KeswickSituated in the St John's in the Vale, 4 miles from Keswick. This working hill farm (sheep and beef cattle) enjoys a wonderfully tranquil location with spectacular views and many wonderful walks can be enjoyed straight from the cottage. The cottage is part of the original farmhouse and long barn dating back to 1607 and retains many historical features, including oak beams and sloping floors!

Downstairs: spacious hallway, lounge with open fire and views to the fells, kitchen with dining area.

Upstairs: twin bedded room overlooking the sheepfolds, double room with wonderful views, bathroom. This is a comfortable cottage, well maintained by the owners who live in the adjoining farmhouse.
