Situated on the shores of Derwentwater, the marina as well as being an active centre for watersports, provides 3 very comfortable studio apartments. Watching the sun rise and set over the fells with the light of the lake is certainly one of the better ways to start or finish the day.

There are two double bedded studio apartments and one twin bedded studio. In each unit there is a small kitchenette with microwave, two ring cooker and fridge. Each room has a shower room, a pleasant lounge/dining area and its own small patio area overlooking the Lake.

The Marina is situated in the village of Portinscale which has a pub and a hotel, which both serve meals. Keswick with its plethora of pubs, shops and places to eat is within a 5 minute drive or a pleasant 15 minute stroll of the Marina.

The property owner only recommends 2 people occupy each apartment, but an additional z-bed can be provided in special circumstances.
