Rowling End House is a large, five bedroom property enjoying a wonderful location, that has been used as a private family holiday home for several generations and retains many items of memorabilia that give it a unique character.

Downstairs - Two lounges with open fire and views to Catbells; large utility room, ideal for boots and bikes; large kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans, also a large dining table and with oil fired Aga and views to Skiddaw, the kitchen is a real family room. Downstairs WC.

Upstairs - 1 - large twin room with en suite shower; 2 - large double room; 3 - spacious single room; 4 - twin bedded room; 5 - 2nd floor twin bedded room with en suite shower; additional bathroom with bath. Bedrooms 2 - 5 all enjoy views to Catbells, room 1 towards Skiddaw.

The Bothy is a delightful, spacious property in a superb location and enjoys views to Catbells. However please note configuration of beds.

Downstairs - A spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is well equipped but only has a two ring cooker and oven unit.

Upstairs - Shower room and WC. A spacious sleeping area, however due to the building design the beds can only be positioned apart and have limited access.
